My experience
I’ve always been drawn to details. As a kid, I loved drawing and making things look just right—and over time, that became my profession.
I studied Graphic Design at UAG College and worked with companies like Grupo Anderson’s, Best Day, Camino Real Hotels, Alltournative, Costa Maya…developing real brands and hands-on projects.
Later on, I discovered web design and fell in love with how versatile it is.
My work looked professional.
My designs and websites were polished.
My brand image looked great.
But sales weren’t consistent.
There were clients… but no real stability.
A lot of effort, with very little predictability.
That’s when something clicked—something many entrepreneurs and small business owners quietly experience: looking good doesn’t always mean selling more.
Where I Focused My Training
How strategic branding and marketing changed the way I work
Since college, I’ve always been curious about digital marketingso I started learning on my own.
I followed mentors like Vilma Núñez and Luis Eduardo Barónwhere I discovered sales funnels and the importance of communicating with intention.
I decided to go deeper and specialized in Marketing at Convierte Másapplying everything first to my own website, alesantiago.com..
I also specialized in Artificial Intelligence with Mr. Villa.
That’s when I truly understood: design and branding only work when they’re aligned with a clear strategy.
Over time, working with entrepreneurs and small business owners, I noticed a consistent pattern, great services, but no system to attract clients consistently without relying on word of mouth or lowering prices.
That realization became the turning point, where design strategic branding, and marketing stopped being separate pieces and became one integrated approach.

My goal with this project is to support service-based businesses around the world in growing with more structure, clarity, and peace of mind—using systems that keep working, even when your business is closed.
